In most cases, as long as you send us your logo in common downloadable formats like jpegs, vector files and png's, then we can typically reproduce most artwork. Please note that pricing and set-up fees are based on one colour printing. Additional charges apply for multi-colour printing.

Yes. Every order comes with a free art proof service, ensuring you're completely satisfied with the look, layout and spelling of your text and logo prior to the printing, engraving or embroidery of your promotional products.

Within reason, revisions are happily carried out at no additional cost to you.

A set-up fee is standard across the promotional products industry, and is a one-time fee which covers the initial setting up and formatting the layout of your artwork, text and/or logo. No set-up fee on exact re-orders. (Quantity change Permitted). Standard set-up is $60.00 per colour, per imprint location, unless otherwise listed.

The sooner you approve your art proof, the sooner we can get your order printed, but typically the total turnaround time is around two to three weeks from the time you contact us, to the in-hands date of your order. Tracking info is provided and we service the U.S. & Canada. Live local associates are also available to help answer any questions throughout the sales, printing and delivery process.
